Tazman Turbinz Generator Specifications

In-Pipe Turbine Generator (IPTG)

High Performance Standards

The reliability of the Tazman Turbinz Generator is built upon manufacturing excellence and precision. Many of the machined parts comprising the generator’s rotating assembly (rotors and stators, magnet carriers, and the shaft) and its housing are manufactured and handcrafted in Tazman Turbinz’s Clearwater, Florida, manufacturing facility.

Pipes and Flanges

Pipe Pressure Ratings

The IPTG is furnished with industry-standard 316 stainless steel raised-face slip-on flanges. ASME class 600 and ASME class 900 flanges are available. All spools are hydro-tested at 2995 psi (20,650 kPa) after flange welding is completed. Both the pipes and the flanges are coated with high-quality primers and an industrial enamel finish (warm grey). The IPTG flange/pipe welding design is certified by the Alberta Pressure Equipment Safety Authority (ABSA) under Canadian Registration Number (CRN).

See below for pipe pressure in PSI and kPa, and ASMA 16.5 raised-face flange pressure ratings.
